Proč trvám na rychlé střelbě …

Na webové straně Českého volejbalového svazu jsem uveřejnil článek, v němž vysvětluji, možnosti programu Data Volley z hlediska odborného. Pár řádek z tohoto článku si vypůjčím pro jinou argumentaci: Brazílie vyhrála od roku 2002 (MS) všechny světové turnaje. Podle dlouhodobého sledování to bylo vždy spojeno s nejlepším útokem.
Nejinak tomu bylo i při MS 2006. Brazílie – mistr světa, nejlepší v útoku (tabulka 1). Kontextuální analýza útoku (tabulka 2) ukazuje, že družstvo Brazílie není nejlepší ve všech typech útoku, nýbrž především v útoku po perfektní přihrávce (A1). To má tři možná vysvětlení. Jednak, že se v herním ději po perfektní přihrávce rozděluje nejvíce bodů, jednak může mít družstvo Brazílie nejlepší úroveň přihrávky a tím nejvíce možností útočit po perfektní přihrávce a nebo je Brazílie nejlepší v útoku po perfektní přihrávce díky nahrávači, který připravuje útočné kombinace, jež útočníci bezproblémově zakončují. Řekl bych, že od všeho trochu. Jedno však z výše uvedených řádků vyplývá. Po perfektní přihrávce je nutno, snížit šanci soupeře ubránit se na minimum. To v současném volejbalu dokáže pouze rychle provedená útočná kombinace.
Kromě výše zmíněného družstva Brazílie hraje rychlé kombinace Itálie, Polsko, Srbsko, USA, Bulharsko, zkrátka snad kromě Kuby celý vyspělý volejbalový svět. Naposledy se o tom český volejbalový divák přesvědčil na hře družstva Portugalska, které nás dvakrát ztrestalo v Plzni. Z mnoha úst slyším: „nemáme na to hráče…“. Odpovídám, jestli je nemáme, musíme je rychle vychovat, volejbal bez rychlé nahrávky už totiž neexistuje. Je bolestné prohrávat v Evropské lize a jedním z důvodů je i zatím ne zcela zvládnutý přechod na rychlejší styl hry. Nemohu se vzdát, jako jsem se nevzdal v roce 2001 s útočným podáním. Nelze ignorovat vývoj, ale zatím to bolí …
